RETURNS
Merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding "final sale" or "as-is" items, gift cards (except where required by law) within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt, or date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, except that merchandise credit may be given for gift receipt returns. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed, or merchandise must be defective.
For telephone and on-line purchases, you can call us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return it for credit, replacement or refund. Special order and drop ship items are subject to prior approval and the returned goods policy of the manufacturer. All custom imprinted clothing or custom signs are non-returnable; unless due to an error initiated by Safety ER. RMA's requested after 30 days and no longer than 90 days will be subject to approval and a 15% restocking fee.
If you prefer to return or to exchange your purchase in our store, our sales associates will be happy to help you with your return or exchange at Altamonte Springs, FL location.
If you prefer to send your return by mail, please use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery.
Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the shipper.
